The Henderson Pavilion at Liberty Pointe
provides a state-of-the-art, fabric structure venue for performing, visual and festival arts. Its world-class stage is capable of hosting performances ranging from well-known soloists to full-scale Broadway productions. The facility features permanent seating for 2,500 with overflow lawn seating for up to 5,000. There is so much ticketing flexibility that the options here are limitless.
Opening weekend featured entertainment for all, from performances by Las Vegas's premiere ballet, philharmonic and opera companies to Grammy-winning country music singer Lee Greenwood.
The PTFE coated fiberglass fabric was Duraskin® B18089 from Verseidag-Indutex. Span Systems, Inc handled the entire design/build contract.
The total fabric used for the project was 45,000 square feet.
Designed and built between July 2001 and September 2002, the extensive Henderson Pavilion has quickly earned a reputation as an excellent venue for a wide variety of productions. In addition to the performance stage and amphitheatre, the project scope included the Henderson Multigenerational Center, consisting of public fitness and athletic facilities, a pool and areas to house community events and activities.
